"PENCILLING IN"
We would like to stress the importance of "pencilling-in" for the
holiday of your choice. This gives us an indication as to the number of
seats which we will need to pre-book on the aircraft. The cost of
these seats obviously will contribute to the basic price of the holiday,
and our our original group prices, often agreed 10 or 11 months prior to
departure, can increase for newly purchased seats by as much as 70% as
the holiday draws near.

Family commitments now prevent us from running Christmas
holidays for the foreseeable future.
May we extend our apologies to all those who have
supported our Christmas holidays over the last few
years. |

Included in the cost of your
holiday
14 nights accommodation (unless specified otherwise in
holiday details) on the basis set out ("half board "all inclusive",
etc.), return flights, transfers, bridge congress with all bridge
fees, master-points, generous, prizes, cocktail receptions,
and the services of tournament director & hostess throughout your
holiday.
Not
included in the cost of your holiday:
Personal expenditure such as laundry, and drinks (Except where an
"all inclusive" basis is specified) Supplements for sea/lake
view rooms, single room;, and other optional superior accommodation of
any kind. Regional airport supplements.
Travel insurance with Global Insurance.
There is no age restriction on
insurance, and while no medical declarations are required, existing
conditions must be notified before cover will be confirmed.
